BC currently has 6,687 unsold residential units, with the highest numbers in Burnaby, Vancouver, and Surrey. While condos make up much of this inventory, it’s important to recognize that the available units span a range of sizes—painting a more nuanced picture of our market than the numbers alone might suggest.
